Peter Mathios is a longtime Andando supporter, Special Education teacher, Unified Basketball Coach, and Baseball Coach in Oregon. Mountains and adventure is the inspiration behind his art.

I first heard of Andando through my local church who has, for years, supported its mission of creating sustainable solutions that focus on the whole village and include water, health, education, agriculture, literacy and small business. By addressing these fundamental needs, Andando helps create conditions for sustainable economic growth. Andando also actively involves community members in the planning, construction, and maintenance of health outposts and community gardens. Peter has won numerous awards in the genre of wildlife art including being named the 2009 International Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year. His limited edition prints have raised over a million dollars for various conservation groups throughout North America, and now internationally for Andando.
